Poplar Springs Farm in Del Rio, Tennessee

Stephen Stokely with his wife, Dianne, both master cattle producers, own and operate Poplar Springs Farm in Del Rio, Tennessee.  They specialize in Black Angus Beef.  The farm is home to cattle, rescue horses, several rescue dogs, cats and various specialty chicken breeds. 

Stephen is a native of Del Rio and has lived throughout the US with Dianne. He is the Democratic Election Commissioner of Cocke County, TN.  A philanthropist and investor, Steve's interests are in education, conservation, animal welfare and the underserved.  The Stokelys have endowed scholarships at Carson Newman College and the University of Tennessee College of Veterinary Science.
